Download your application HERE, fill out the requested information, one application for anyone residing in the unit over the age of 18, provide a copy of Driver's License for each applicant. Submit completed application and employment verification to Resident Manager at or give to Resident Manger, Lorie.

If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency please call your resident manager at 414-517-2028. If this is an after-hours maintenance emergency please call the Main Office at 414-425-3134 and dial 1 when prompted to be transfered to our call center. Note, if your emergency is fire or flood related please call 911 prior to calling the Resident Manager or Main Office.

You may remit your rent payment online via or you may mail your check or money order to the Main Office. Do not give your rent payment to your resident manager.

Reserve the community room for a private function for 1 - 12 hours. A $50 rental fee will be charged in addition to a $100 refundable deposit. Please clean the room after usage and report any damage promptly.
